How do you reserve time and connect with your webmaster? It should’t be through a series of confusing emails or missed phone calls and voicemails. Starting this month there’s a new way for Oakley Studio clients to check webmaster availability and grab a spot on our calendar.

Click the pretty blue “Schedule Now” tab, below. You can find it on every page of our website. This is by far the quickest way to enlist your webmaster’s help with a serious problem or roadblock you’ve encountered with your website. Messed something up? Let’s fix it. Can’t figure out the right way to configure a new plugin? We got this. The “Schedule Now” tab lets you reserve a Zoom session and get your webmaster involved in troubleshooting. Find a time that works for you, and reserve.

And if we can solve your trouble in under 20 minutes, then this virtual tech support is free! You will only be charged if the issue is more complex and will require more time to reach a resolution. Zoom is so helpful to me in solving client website issues that I charge only half the normal rate for hands-on tech support.
